How do I place an order?

To make an order please message us with your requirements, this is for both new and existing clients. We have gone to great lenghts to provide you with galleries and information to enable you to make an informed decision as to your photographic solution.

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

We aim to complete your order within 7 working days, from receipt of your product. This is a guide and is dependant upon your order size and requirements and also other orders we are working on. You will be advised of any change of the timescale.

What if I want to order more, once the order has been placed?"

We ask that you complete our simple Online Ordering Process with the addition order. We will do our upmost to process the orders together, but this is depenadant upon where we are wiith the order and other clients orders.

Can I cancel my Order?

Yes of course, if you cancel within 24hrs you will receive a full refund. After this time costs may be incurred relating to services undertaken.

What if my products need to be assenbled?

Any basic assembly i.e. 5 mins will not be charged. However for any substantive assenbly there is a fee of £20 per half hour.   There is an option in our Online Ordering Process for assembly.

How do I get my products to you?

We ask that all items are sent through the postal system or through a courier service. Please ensure that the products are sufficiently packed to prevent any damage. Plaese also ensure all packages are sufficently insured.

Can I get my products back?

Absolutely! Please advise at the ordering stage if you would like us to return the products back to you. There is an option for returning packages.   Products will be posted first class signed for or Parcelforce signed for, unless you wish to make alternative arrangements with us.   We will use the original packaging to return the producs.

Who pays for the postage costs?

All postage and courier cost will need to be met by yourself. Please ensure the insurance supplied with the delievry option sufficiently covers the products incase of any damage or loss.

How can I pay?

We only accept bank transfers, which is required prior to commencement of your photographic solution.

No, sorry. For extablished clients we can be more flexible, but as a rule of thumb sorry no.

When do I pay?

Full payment is required at booking stage. For high value orders this can be reviewed.

Do I get an invoice for my order?

Yes all orders will be provided with a valid invoive.   Please note VAT incoices cannot be supplies as we are not VAT registered.

What file format will I receive?

For each image you will receive as standard 2 files:   1) JPEG optimized for web 2) PNG24 Lossless format, although we can supply the images in alternate formats, please enquire.

How do I receive my images?

We will provide you with a private link, where you can view and download your images.

How long will by images be held on the private link?

We will hold the images for 1 calendar month and through out this time you will have full access to them.

Do you save and hold copies of the images?

Yes we do, as we may use them to showcase our services. We cannot guarantee that we are able to provide copies once the link has been removed.

What if I am not happy with the images?

Your complete satisfaction is essential to us, so should you not be satisfied and we have not delivered on the brief we will either retouch the images or will reshoot at our cost.

How will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be returned using the same payment metod used for the order.

What rights do I have with the images?

You are permitted to use the images indefinately, as frequently as you wish and without geographical limitations. Selling the images or granting right to third parties however is prohibited.

Can I give my Others the images to use?

Of course, and thrid parties are permitted to use the images just as you yourself are, provided that it must be in connection to your company name and business activity. Third parties are prohibited to use the images for their own purposes.

Yes, we can discuss the ownership of the full rights this is possible at an agreed fee.

Yes, we will give you the opportunity to view the raw images and select the ones you would like us to edit for you.

Yes we require appointments to be confimred by ourselves before attendance.

Dependant upon your requirements and the number of people involved, will determine the shoot duration. Our minimum session is 1 hour.

Portrait shoots - How long does editing take?

Dependant upon the complexity of the shoot, the number of images to be edited and the number of models, this can vary. We expect to turn round on average of 48 hours following the shoot.

Do you offer photo editing services?

Yes we do, and prices will vary dependant upon the image to be restored and its level of age/signs of wear.

Photo Manipulation - How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

This is dependant on a number of things:-   Is a photo shoot required do we have all the required stock footage what is the creative licensing involved.   We would expect for a project to be completed within 7 working days from receipt of all materals required,on average.
